STATEMENT SAVINGS

Need to save somewhere besides your piggy bank?  Our Statement Savings account has no service charges if your account stays above $100, and it pays interest every quarter.  These accounts are a great way to keep money separate for taxes, to encourage kids to save, and any other special savings need.  Your Statement Savings account can accept ACH credits (such as Social Security) and debits (such as utility bills).  Transfers from a Statement Savings account to another account or to third parties by preauthorized, automatic, telephone, or computer transfer are limited to six per month with no transfers by check, draft, debit card, or similar order to third parties.  You’ll get a quarterly statement that shows all your transactions.

MONEY MARKET SAVINGS ACCOUNT

A Money Market Savings Account is great for getting improved interest while still having access to your account.  A minimum balance of $1,000.00 is required to earn interest.  These accounts receive a monthly statement.  Transfers from a Money Market Savings account to another account or to third parties by preauthorized, automatic, telephone, or computer transfer are limited to six per month with no transfers by check, draft, debit card, or similar order to third parties.  If you want a higher rate and don’t need unlimited access, then this is the account for you.
